Patty is a seasoned Executive HR Consultant with over 20 years of progressive experience. She has worked across multiple industries, ranging from small start-ups to globally recognized entities. Patty has a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership teams. She provides strategic direction and develops the Human Resource function to support organizational goals. Known for big-picture thinking and tactical execution, Patty initiates cost containment strategies that deliver significant savings. She leverages HR technology and data-driven analytics to drive successful business performance.

Patty currently owns HR COMPLETE SOLUTIONS, LLC, where she provides executive human resource consulting services. Previously, she served as the Head of US Human Resources at DPS GROUP, INC., a global architectural and engineering firm. During her tenure, Patty participated in global change management during company integration, improved HR credibility by implementing structures and processes, and successfully managed significant headcount growth.

Patty’s professional journey also includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at OYO SPORTSTOYS, INC., Senior Human Resources Manager at THE BOSTON RED SOX, and Head of Human Resources at CREATIVE PLAYTHINGS. Throughout her career, Patty has developed and implemented HR policies, procedures, and processes, provided consultations and coaching to senior leadership, and designed comprehensive benefit packages to attract and retain top talent.

Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in HR from Bentley University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Leadership Forum.
